Overview

• Interpret and accurately follow complex design patterns and specifications provided by designers.
• Measure, mark, and prepare fabrics and materials for cutting, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
• Operate and maintain specialized cutting equipment and tools, performing routine checks and adjustments for optimal performance.
• Supervise tailors, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to resolve issues and meet production deadlines.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Monitor quality throughout the cutting process, identifying and correcting defects to ensure finished products meet required standards.
