Role Overview
DASHA FASHION, a premium couture fashion brand based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Master Cutter for its production team.
The role focuses on precision cutting, craftsmanship, pattern development, fittings, and high-end garment production.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret designs, sketches, samples, and reference images.
- Create, modify, and adjust patterns according to designs and measurements.
- Cut fabrics for couture, custom-made, and ready-to-wear garments.
- Work with delicate, luxury, and complex fabrics while minimizing material waste.
- Ensure garment proportions, fit, balance, and construction are accurate.
- Conduct fittings, pattern grading, technical corrections, and cutting adjustments.
- Prepare cutting instructions, coordinate with tailors, and inspect cut pieces before sewing.
