Rotana Ras Al Khaimah - The Mangroves is seeking a certified Massage Therapist to provide body conditioning treatments and massages to guests and leisure club members. The role requires experience in a hotel or spa environment, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer care.

Responsibilities
- Massage body using techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and stroking to stimulate blood circulation, relax muscles, or relieve conditions
- Administer steam, dry heat, ultraviolet, infrared, or water treatments on customer request
- Provide directions to clients on reducing or remedial exercises
- Record treatments furnished to customers
- Ensure treatment rooms are tidy and all items available (towels, candles, oils, etc.)
- Make reservations for massage and other treatment packages
- Perform duties professionally to full satisfaction of guests
- Understand club facilities and membership prices
- Observe high standards of personal hygiene
Requirements
- Certified Massage Therapist
- Ideally international experience in same role in a hotel or spa environment
- Well skilled with all massaging treatments
- Good command of English and strong interpersonal skills
- Positive, smiley, outgoing, charismatic, and approachable character
