Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel.
Proficient in massage techniques.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Professional appearance and ability to work flexible shifts.
