Position Summary

Provide massage and body treatment services to hotel spa guests.

Assess guest needs, address contraindications, and promote comfort, safety, and security throughout each service.

Service Responsibilities

  • Provide massage services using props and products.
  • Provide body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
  • Keep current with techniques and modalities related to massage therapy.
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
  • Promote and sell spa, salon, and related retail services.

Treatment Room and Safety Duties

  • Arrange and maintain workstations, treatment rooms, drapes, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and manage trash and dirty linens.
  • Monitor the daily schedule and maintain service timing.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Follow procedures for inappropriate guest behavior and notify supervisors when necessary.

Guest and Workplace Standards

  • Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
  • Protect confidential information and company assets.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required for this non-management position.

Required Qualifications

  • A state or regional massage license is required.
  • Current skills and licensure must be maintained according to regional requirements.
  • Safety training and certifications must be completed.

Schedule and Location

  • The position is full time.
  • The role is located at West Bay, Zone 61, Doha, Qatar.
  • The position is not remote and involves physical spa and treatment-room duties.
