Responsibilities
- Construct, repair, and finish structures using bricks, blocks, stones, and cement based materials
- Prepare surfaces and materials, mix and apply mortar, lay and align brickwork and stonework
- Execute plastering and related masonry finishes
- Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to ensure accurate measurements and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mason in building or contracting projects, preferably within UAE or GCC region
- Ability to read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and site instructions
- Strong awareness of workplace safety standards and compliance with site regulations
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in outdoor conditions
- Vocational training or certification in masonry or construction trades is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Mason role based in Dubai. The Mason will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and finishing structures using bricks, blocks, stones, and cement based materials in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in masonry and general cement work, including mixing, pouring, and finishing.
- Candidates should possess skills in brickwork, including laying, aligning, and joint finishing for structural and decorative applications.
- Candidates should possess renovation skills, including repair, restoration, and refurbishment of existing masonry structures.
- Candidates should possess stonework skills, including cutting, shaping, and installing natural or manufactured stone.
- Proven experience as a Mason in building or contracting projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Ability to read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
- Strong awareness of workplace safety standards and compliance with site regulations.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in outdoor conditions.
- Reliable, detail oriented, and able to work collaboratively with diverse site teams.
- Vocational training or certification in masonry or construction trades is an advantage.
