Plant Operations
- Operate MASA production machinery and associated equipment according to approved procedures.
- Monitor production parameters and ensure smooth plant operation throughout the shift.
- Set up machines according to production schedules and product specifications.
- Assist with machine changeovers for different product sizes, colours, and designs.
- Coordinate with batching plant operators to maintain uninterrupted material supply.
Quality Control
- Conduct visual inspections of finished products.
- Verify product dimensions, colour consistency, strength, surface finish, and overall quality.
- Report defects and quality issues to the Supervisor and QA/QC team.
- Ensure products comply with approved specifications and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Process Control
- Monitor vibration, compaction, curing, and material flow parameters.
- Optimize machine settings for productivity and reduced wastage.
- Identify process abnormalities and take corrective action within authorized limits.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational and production issues.
Requirements
- Diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent qualification.
- Training or certification in industrial plant operations is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating MASA concrete products machinery.
- Experience producing concrete blocks, interlocks, kerbstones, and multi-colour paving products.
