About the Role

  • We're a growing restaurant brand looking for a Marketing Team Lead who is passionate about food & beverage, capable of building and developing a team, and ready to drive our marketing efforts from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build the marketing strategy for the brand and align it with business goals (sales, awareness, loyalty).
  • Translate strategy into a clear execution plan: tasks, timelines, budgets, and ownership for each team member.
  • Set objectives and KPIs for every channel and campaign, and track them on a regular basis.
  • Analyze data, make data driven decisions, and adjust the plan as needed to hit targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the marketing team (two recent graduates) and elevate their professional skills.
  • Oversee social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X) from planning to publishing and analysis.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) and monitor ROAS.
  • Coordinate with delivery apps (HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta) to boost visibility and sales.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to management with clear recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with photographers, content creators (influencers), and production agencies.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or retail sector.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to translate it into an actionable plan.
  • Proven experience setting and tracking KPIs / OKRs and analyzing results.
  • Hands on experience managing digital campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Genuine ability to lead and train a team and develop new talent.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager).
  • A data driven mindset for decision making.
  • Strong creative sense and visual taste in content creation.
  • Strong multitasking skills — able to manage several projects at once without compromising quality.
  • A true team player who collaborates well with the team and other departments.
  • Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
