Job Purpose
To lead and develop the company’s marketing strategy to support sales objectives and strengthen brand positioning, particularly in the real estate development sector, with a focus on lead generation and maximizing marketing .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company and its projects.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Oversee brand development and visual identity for projects and the company.
- Manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google, social media, outdoor, etc.).
- Drive lead generation and improve lead quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective conversion of leads into sales.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing vendors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and monitor ROI.
- Oversee marketing content (ads, brochures, social media, websites).
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Support project launches from a marketing perspective.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- **7 –9 years**
- of experience in marketing, preferably in

- Strong expertise in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Experience in branding and project launches.
- Proven track record in delivering measurable results (Leads, Sales, ROI).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
