Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns, monitor performance, analyze results, and achieve best ROI
- Lead and guide the content and design team to ensure a strong visual identity and marketing messages
- Continuously study the market and competitors, discover new marketing opportunities
- Follow the latest trends in digital marketing and social media, apply innovative ideas
- Prepare periodic reports, measure KPIs, and continuously improve results
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing
- Experience in the Saudi market
- Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, Meta and Google ads, data analysis and performance measurement
- Leadership and organizational skills, ability to manage and motivate a team
- Creative, proactive, with high marketing sense

- إعداد وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التسويقية السنوية والموسمية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة
- إدارة الحملات الإعلانية الرقمية والتقليدية ومتابعة أدائها وتحليل نتائجها وتحقيق أفضل عائد على الاستثمار (ROI)
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق المحتوى والتصميم لضمان تقديم هوية بصرية ورسائل تسويقية تعكس قوة العلامة التجارية
- دراسة السوق والمنافسين بشكل مستمر، واكتشاف الفرص التسويقية الجديدة
- متابعة أحدث التريندات في التسويق الرقمي والسوشيال ميديا وتطبيق الأفكار المبتكرة
- إعداد التقارير الدورية وقياس مؤشرات الأداء وتحسين النتائج باستمرار
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال التسويق، مع خبرة عملية في السوق السعودي
- سجل مثبت في إدارة وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية ناجحة
- معرفة قوية بأدوات التسويق الرقمي، وإعلانات Meta وGoogle، وتحليل البيانات وقياس الأداء
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية وقدرة على إدارة فريق وتحفيزه
- شخصية إبداعية، مبادرة، وتتمتع بحس تسويقي عالي
