The role is responsible for executing and developing marketing plans, from building brand awareness to launching promotional campaigns.
It also involves analyzing market trends, understanding consumer behavior, and leading creative marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement marketing policies and procedures in alignment with company strategy.
- Participate in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Supervise the execution of promotional and advertising activities across various channels.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to propose effective marketing solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand awareness.
- Oversee the creation of innovative marketing content aligned with current trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support management with reports, insights, and any assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 4–10years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
- Creative thinking and content creation skills.
