Marketing Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage budgets and work under pressure.

Supervising and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, including setting goals, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.

Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.

Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.

Creating and managing marketing budgets.

Overseeing the development and execution of marketing materials, including advertising, promotions, and content.

Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, including sales, creative, and public relations.

Monitoring campaign performance and making adjustments to optimize results.

Ensuring that all marketing activities align with the brand's identity and messaging.

Maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.

Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
