Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Specialist.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and identifying customer needs and market trends.
The role also involves supporting sales initiatives, ensuring effective communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance brand reputation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute webinars, workshops, and in-person events that bring our international technology and service partners together with Saudi clients, government entities, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full event lifecycle: concept development, agenda planning, invitations, registrations, logistics, on-the-day coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Develop and maintain an annual marketing and events calendar aligned with partnership priorities.
- Prepare presentations for events, partner meetings, and client engagements.
- Coordinate with external vendors (designers, printers, event organizers) and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget.
- Follow up on business leads generated through events and support the BD team in securing meetings and progressing opportunities.
- Track event performance, attendance, and lead conversion; prepare summary reports and recommendations for future activities.
- Support broader marketing initiatives including campaigns, social media coverage of events, and partner communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination with a clear track record of organizing webinars, workshops, and corporate events.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events involving international partners and local stakeholders, ideally including government entities or enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple events and campaigns in parallel, meet tight deadlines, and manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Confident in following up on business leads and converting interest into meetings.
- Proficient in preparing professional presentations and marketing materials.
- Hands-on experience with webinar and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, Microsoft Teams Live, Webex).
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office; ability to work with basic analytics to measure attendance, engagement, and lead outcomes, and present findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional presence suitable for engaging with senior stakeholders, government representatives, and international partners.
