About the Role
Bayara is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support daily marketing activities, coordinate with suppliers and sales teams, manage POSM materials, and assist with trade marketing.

Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing department with daily activities and administration
- Coordinate with all Marketing suppliers, Purchase department and Finance for order placing, delivery, and warehousing of Marketing materials
- Interact with Sales team for ongoing POSM requirements and ensure all POSM are in line with Brand guidelines
- Handle Trade Marketing related tasks – category management POS printing, order, follow up, stock keeping
- Catalogue and file all executed Marketing activities and materials as required for ongoing reference
- Contribute to training the Kiosk staff (gift packing guidelines, new ideas, etc.)
- Implement internal in office branding requirements as required
Requirements
- Experience supporting marketing department with daily activities and administration
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, purchase department, and finance for order placing and delivery
- Experience interacting with sales team for POSM requirements and ensuring brand guideline compliance
- Trade marketing experience including category management POS printing, order, follow up, stock keeping
- Ability to catalogue and file all executed marketing activities and materials
- Contribution to training kiosk staff on gift packing guidelines and new ideas
