Role Description
- The Marketing Specialist is a part time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on site collaboration with flexibility for work from home.
- The Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to promote job listings and employer branding across social channels, especially LinkedIn.
- Day to day responsibilities include conducting market research on UAE employment trends, developing targeted marketing strategies, coordinating promotional content with internal teams, and supporting lead generation efforts for both job seekers and hiring companies.
- The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing concise reports, engaging with online audiences through consistent communication, and providing responsive customer service to partners and followers.
