  • StroomX manages Bricks 4 Kidz, an education focused franchising company dedicated to providing learners with engaging, practical, and relevant learning experiences.

Role Description

  • The Marketing Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote Bricks 4 Kidz programs, services, brand, and provide support to Bricks 4 Kidz Franchisees and the franchise development team.
  • Day to day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends, supporting sales initiatives, and developing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, manage customer communications, and ensure consistent messaging.
  • The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, reporting on key metrics, and providing recommendations to improve outreach and enrollment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and marketing related skills.
  • Candidates must have strong hands on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
  • Candidates should be proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Candidates should have solid knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Candidates should have experience managing and growing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels).
  • Candidates should be experienced in managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
  • Candidates should be familiar with digital marketing tools such as email marketing platforms, CRM systems, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation tools.
  • Relevant skills such as basic graphic design, content creation, copywriting, video editing, and proficiency in English are highly beneficial.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with prior experience in education, franchising, or service based marketing, is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on site in Dubai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast paced, learner focused environment.
