Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end to end lead generation campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat and other Social Media
- Build and manage automated, multi channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn) to target key decision makers
- Qualify leads against a defined ideal customer profile (ICP) and ensure they are sales ready
- Secure and schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for the senior sales team
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Utilize CRM software and sales automation platforms to manage lead data and workflows efficiently
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in a lead generation, SDR, or inside sales role
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting meetings in the UAE and International markets
- Expertise in automating outreach and deep knowledge of email outreach best practices
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in real estate, SaaS, or B2B services is preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for a tech savvy and results oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive our outreach efforts and build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads in the UAE and International markets.
- You will be the engine of our growth, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for our business setup and consultancy services.
- This is a hands on role requiring deep knowledge of modern, automated outreach techniques and a hunter mentality.
Key Responsibilities

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian & Arabic is a plus).
- Experience in real estate, SaaS, or B2B services is preferred.
