Role Overview We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist who can drive our multi-channel marketing strategy while directly engaging with clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable appearing in videos and reels, managing client relationships, and executing effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Spearhead our multi-channel marketing strategy development and implementation Create and appear in promotional videos and social media content Interface directly with customers to schedule appointments and deliver final results Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into clients Analyze marketing performance and optimize ad campaigns Champion marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service Collaborate directly with our principal photographer to help scale operations Requirements Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a creative industry Comfortable appearing on camera for promotional content Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with social media marketing and content creation Basic understanding of photography/videography concepts Client service orientation with excellent follow-up skills Ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns Good organizational skills to manage multiple priorities Nice to Have Experience in the UAE media landscape Background in photography, videography, or visual arts Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Previous experience in a customer-facing role Benefits Professio
