Responsibilities
- Manage social media across Instagram and TikTok including content calendars, copy, creative briefing, and publishing
- Set up, optimize, and report on Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct influencer outreach including sourcing, negotiating, briefing, and tracking results
- Execute push notification campaigns with audience segmentation and conversion analysis
- Create monthly content calendar coordinating with designers and videographers
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands on marketing experience in consumer apps, e commerce, food tech, or a fast paced startup
- Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads independently
- Strong social media execution with account growth via strategy
- Experience with influencer marketing in the UAE market
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of CPI, ROAS, and retention metrics
- Strong English copywriting skills
- Familiarity with CleverTap or similar push notification platforms is a plus

- Weekly and monthly performance reports — honest numbers, clear insights, actionable recommendations
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands on marketing experience in consumer apps, e commerce, food tech, or a fast paced startup
- Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads independently
- Strong social media execution — you've grown accounts with strategy, not just content
- Experience with influencer marketing in the UAE market
- Analytical mindset — you know your CPI, ROAS, and retention metrics
- Strong English copywriting skills — Arabic is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CleverTap or similar push notification platforms is a plus
