- Publish pre produced video content according to a structured marketing plan.
- Create compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy to maximize campaign performance.
- Manage incoming leads and ensure all inquiries are properly captured and assigned through the CRM system.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize for better results.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing successful Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Lead Generation, CRM systems, and sales funnels.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data driven decisions.
- Experience in the UAE real estate market is highly preferred.
- Self motivated, results oriented, and capable of managing marketing activities independently.

Job Overview
- Rise & Shine Realty L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Meta Ads & CRM to take full ownership of digital marketing efforts and drive high quality lead generation.
- Location: Business Bay, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts across all platforms.
