Overview
- We are looking for a marketing specialist with experience in construction and development and knowledge of Russian, working at the intersection of marketing and product development, ensuring successful product launches and further promotion, responsible for packaging and increasing brand awareness.
Main Tasks
- Conduct customer, agent, and market research.
- Conduct in depth interviews and identify real audience needs.
- Analyze competitors and best global practices.
- Formulate positioning of the company and projects.
- Participate in product and service creation, not just marketing materials.
- Develop brand value system and ways to prove them.
- Form long term brand development strategy with management.
- Prepare strategic documents, presentations, and recommendations.
- Participate in product strategy development.

Key Competencies
- Analytical thinking, understanding of product lifecycle, skills in conducting customer interviews, knowledge of product development methodologies, ability to work with large volumes of data.
Main Responsibilities
- Analytics: market research, competitors, and target audience (segmentation, customer profile).
- Strategy: development of marketing plans, budget formation, and selection of promotion channels.
- Promotion management: organization of advertising campaigns (SEO, SMM, contextual advertising, email marketing, offline advertising).
- Product and price: participation in pricing policy formation and product adjustment based on market needs.
- Performance analysis: tracking metrics (ROI, CTR, conversions), reporting, hypothesis testing, and strategy adjustment.
Key Skills (Hard Skills)
- Understanding of classic marketing basics (4P: Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Skills in working with analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica).
- Experience with CRM systems and advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Direct).
- Basic copywriting and design skills (Figma, Canva) or ability to set clear tasks for specialists.
