Responsibilities
- Provide front of house support by welcoming visitors and offering information about the gallery and designers
- Create effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Promote gallery collections to drive business growth
- Manage day to day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping
- Coordinate logistics such as shipping, installation, and deinstallation of artworks
- Maintain inventory records of artworks, including pricing, provenance, and availability
- Liaise with artists and clients
- Handle sales documentation, invoices, and basic financial tracking
- Update and manage the gallery’s website, mailing lists, and social media platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Management, Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred)
- A solid understanding of sales and marketing strategy to create and execute effective campaigns
- Experience in branding and promotion, with the ability to represent the gallery’s vision to diverse audiences
- Previous experience in a gallery, showroom, or arts organization is an advantage
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communicational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with art handling and inventory systems is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

- We are seeking a versatile, energetic professional to manage our daily gallery operations and drive our marketing efforts.
