We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
This role is responsible for promoting products or services, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and audience engagement
- Create marketing materials such as emails, blogs, ads, and promotional content
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics)
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives and website optimization
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and product launches
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts
- Manage marketing databases and CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email platforms)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR18,500.00 per month
