Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Specialist to assist with marketing and customer support projects.

We're looking for assistance with a variety of marketing projects as we grow our Vision Software solution.

The ind ividual in this role will learn about the ke y aspects of the software platform and work with the Director of Marketing & Customer Engagement to increase brand awareness and encourage adoption among users .

The individual in this role will be responsible for communicating the brand highlights of Vision Software to current and potential clients via Fibersmith’s company website and social m edia channels , especially LinkedIn.

This includes developing content for customer acquisition , engagement and retention , as well as analyzing key metrics and reporting on campaign performance.

This role will also involve implementing technological tools to optimize and enhance the usability of Vision’s support site for existing clients.

This role will also involve assisting with the planning and execution of upcoming trade shows and events, as well as helping with customer documentation, training and s upport , and other projects as needed .

It is critical that the individual in this role be a self-starter, fast learner and eager to learn and grow his or her skillset.
