Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Manage and develop social media accounts
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads
- Analyze campaign results and optimize performance
- Prepare content plans aligned with company objectives
- Communicate directly with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate marketing solutions
- Contribute to business development and attract new clients
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing within Qatar
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and plans
- Strong experience in managing advertising campaigns and analyzing results
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Professional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership, organizational, and proactive personality
- Preference for experience in marketing agencies or media production companies

المهام الوظيفية
- إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط والاستراتيجيات التسويقية.
- إدارة وتطوير حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- إنشاء وإدارة الحملات الإعلانية على Meta (Facebook & Instagram)، TikTok، وGoogle Ads.
- تحليل نتائج الحملات وتحسين الأداء لتحقيق أفضل النتائج.
- إعداد خطط المحتوى بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
- التواصل المباشر مع العملاء، فهم احتياجاتهم، وتقديم الحلول والخطط التسويقية المناسبة.
- المساهمة في تطوير الأعمال واستقطاب عملاء جدد.
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التسويق الرقمي داخل قطر.
- خبرة مثبتة في إعداد الاستراتيجيات والخطط التسويقية.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة الحملات الإعلانية وتحليل نتائجها.
- إتقان إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- إجادة اللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (تحدثًا وكتابة) شرط أساسي.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعرض احترافية، مع القدرة على إدارة الاجتماعات والتعامل المباشر مع العملاء.
- شخصية قيادية، منظمة، ومبادرة وقادرة على تحمل المسؤولية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في وكالات التسويق أو شركات الإنتاج الإعلامي وصناعة المحتوى.
