- Conduct market research and create marketing strategies
- Represent the company at industry events to promote ship repair and marine services
Requirements
- Proven business development and sales experience within the ship repair, shipyard, dry docking, or marine conversion industry (mandatory)
- UAE Driving License (compulsory)
- Demonstrated ability to secure dry docking, afloat repair, retrofit, conversion, or marine engineering projects
- Established network of ship owners, ship managers, technical superintendents, fleet managers, and vessel operators
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to develop sales pipelines, prepare commercial proposals, and achieve revenue targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to work on site in Dubai and travel as required
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field is preferred

- Operates from a 30,000 sq. ft. shipyard in Dubai Maritime City, licensed to work across all UAE ports and anchorages.
Role Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Lead generation, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
- Market research, creating marketing strategies, and representing the company at industry events.
Qualifications
