Role Overview
- We are a Design & Consultant Firm in the USA & UAE seeking a female Sales & Marketing Coordinator & Developer.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales and marketing functions and contribute to existing programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy.
- Support external agencies and analyze marketing efforts for improvement.
- Compile and analyze market research data, forecasts, competitor analyses.
- Assist management in establishing and evaluating marketing strategies.
- Plan and organize meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
- Manage and update the company's CRM system.
- Develop and maintain social media profiles across various platforms.
- Assist in processing sales orders, preparing quotes, and following up with customers.
- Maintain inventory of sales and marketing support materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in interior design, exterior design, or garden industry within UAE.
- Strong understanding of design trends and principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- English & Arabic language required.
- Driving licence preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 4,000 AED 6,000 per month (stated in job posting).
- Job Types: Full time, Permanent.
Additional Notes
- Work location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (in person).
- First month unpaid trial, then 6 months with salary, then permanent.
- Must be female (as per employer requirement).
