- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads

Requirements

Role Description
- The Marketing Sales Agent is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- This is a commission based role, ideal for motivated individuals with a passion for sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Present digital marketing and media solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet with clients, understand their marketing needs, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Provide ongoing client support.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with ability to present solutions clearly and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain long term client relationships.
- Proven sales experience with ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve targets.
- Foundational knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to educate clients on marketing solutions.
- Experience in digital marketing or media sales is preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and thrive in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
