Job Overview
Join a holiday home management company as a Marketing & Revenue Assistant.
The role is intended for an experienced professional with a background in hotels or holiday homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize properties on Booking.com, Airbnb, and other booking portals.
- Update pricing using a revenue management system based on market trends.
- Generate monthly revenue reports.
- Handle guest communication, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Coordinate with cleaning and ground teams.
- Manage and update property and guest details in the DTCM portal.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the holiday home or hotel industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency in booking portals, revenue management systems, CRM systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong accounting skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 3,500 per month.
Work Arrangement
- The work location is in person.
