What will I be doing?
As an In-House Marketing Representative , you’ll be the friendly face that greets guests and helps them make the most of their vacation. Your role is all about creating connections, booking qualified timeshare presentations for Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other guests staying on property.

Hourly wage plus commissions!
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Connecting with guests at check-in and through follow-up calls to schedule presentations.
Sharing approved promotional materials and incentives that make guests feel valued.
Confirming appointments and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Collaborating with your team to meet goals and celebrate wins together.
What We’re Looking For
A person with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
