- Previous experience managing branding, marketing, or creative agency projects
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- This is a full time hybrid role for a Project Manager at Aimstyle | Branding Agency.
- The Project Manager will oversee branding and digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross functional teams, managing client communication, tracking progress, resolving issues, and aligning deliverables with project goals.
- The role involves organizing resources, monitoring workflows, and handling logistics related to project execution.
- The Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of processes and support documentation and reporting for ongoing and completed projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of tasks, assets, and project milestones.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to review and validate project deliverables against quality standards.
- Logistics Management skills to organize resources, manage dependencies, and support remote collaboration.
- Previous experience managing branding, marketing, or creative agency projects is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
