Role overview
Cerio is building infrastructure for AI-driven computing and seeks a hands-on Marketing Programs Manager to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth.
The role combines strategic planning with execution across field marketing, events, communications, digital marketing, content, and brand development.
What you will do
- Develop and execute conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
- Manage event logistics, sponsorships, vendors, budgets, promotional materials, and follow-up.
- Create communications, content, presentations, sales collateral, newsletters, and social media.
- Manage website, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns.
- Partner with Sales on lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline development.
- Use AI tools to improve content, market intelligence, personalization, campaigns, and productivity.
- Track performance, optimize campaigns, demonstrate ROI, and maintain consistent brand messaging.
What we are looking for
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, deep tech, clean tech, or another complex technology environment.
- Ability to translate complex technologies into targeted marketing based on buyer personas and ideal customer profiles.
