Responsibilities
- Audit the marketing process from campaign setup to qualified leads, appointments, applications and enrollments
- Review Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, landing pages, forms, CRM tracking and sales handover
- Analyze lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, lead source, country, language, program interest and ROI
- Identify gaps in tracking, campaign structure, targeting, messaging and follow up workflows
- Define clear marketing KPIs and help create simple dashboards for management
- Recommend practical improvements to increase qualified leads and reduce cost per qualified lead
Requirements
- Strong experience in marketing audit, digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation and marketing operations
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM based marketing funnels and remote teams
- Experience in executive education, online education, higher education, training programs, or international student recruitment preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs and conversion tracking
- Experience with dashboard/reporting tools

Mission of the Role
- The consultant will review our current marketing process, identify gaps, analyze campaign performance, improve lead generation quality, define clear KPIs, and help management track and control marketing performance more effectively.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing audit, digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation and marketing operations, preferably in executive education, online education, higher education, training programs, or international student recruitment.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM based marketing funnels and remote teams is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
