About the Role
Dynata seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization. You will own marketing technology administration, reporting, lead management, and process development.

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary admin for HubSpot, ON24, and adjacent tools; design and maintain integrations with MS Dynamics 365
- Build and maintain dashboards, attribution models, and campaign performance reports
- Own lead lifecycle from capture to sales handoff, including scoring models, segmentation, and data hygiene
- Identify operational gaps and design scalable processes; develop campaign templates for regional teams
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve campaign velocity
Requirements
- 4 6+ years of hands on marketing operations experience
- Proficiency in HubSpot
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus)
- Proven track record building integrations between marketing and sales systems
- Analytical rigor with a strategic lens
- AI forward mindset with experience implementing AI agents or automation tools
- B2B experience

- We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing organization.
- This is a builder role developing and maintaining infrastructure for quick, accurate, and scalable marketing.
What You'll Own
- Marketing Technology Administration & Integrations: primary admin for HubSpot, ON24, and adjacent tools; design integrations with MS Dynamics 365.
- Build deeper connections with Snowflake and in product events.
- Reporting & Performance Analytics: build dashboards, attribution models, and campaign performance reports.
- Lead Management & Data Governance: own lead lifecycle from capture to sales handoff; collaborate on scoring models, segmentation, routing, and data hygiene.
- Process Development & Project Prioritization: identify operational gaps and design scalable processes; develop campaign templates.
- AI Agent Implementation & Productivity Enablement: leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve campaign velocity.
What You Bring
- 4 6+ years of hands on marketing operations experience with HubSpot proficiency.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus) and product analytics tools (Amplitude a plus).
- Proven track record building integrations between marketing and sales systems.
- Analytical rigor with a strategic lens; confident in reports and dashboards.
- AI forward mindset with experience implementing AI agents or automation tools.
- B2B experience, ideally with enterprise/managed service and product led channels.
Compensation
- Base salary range: CAD 80K CAD 120K per year.
- Discretionary incentive program may be provided.
- Full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full time employment status.
