Role overview
The Marketing Operations role builds scalable reporting and analytics frameworks for data-driven decisions across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
The role owns Salesforce reporting, BI dashboards, funnel analytics, operational insights, executive reporting, and continuous process optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Create and optimize Salesforce lead funnel conversion reports and BI dashboards.
- Design Lead-to-Cash executive dashboards covering pipeline, conversion, revenue, productivity, and business health.
- Develop reporting frameworks for lead generation, campaign performance, attribution, lead routing, SLA adherence, and Marketing ROI.
- Build dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, CRM Analytics, or similar platforms with data from enterprise systems.
- Analyze funnel bottlenecks, routing inefficiencies, campaign trends, data quality issues, and operational risks.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, CRM Operations, Analytics, and IT teams on reporting solutions.
- Standardize reporting, KPI definitions, dashboard governance, and data quality across Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Identify automation opportunities, simplify manual processes, optimize lead lifecycle management, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare executive reporting for weekly and quarterly business reviews and leadership presentations.
- Perform root cause analysis and build predictive models for operational forecasting and pipeline growth.
