• Supplier Management:
• + Communicate with print houses and suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• + Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms as necessary.
• Event Coordination:
• + Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external marketing events.
• + Attend events on-site to oversee implementation and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Project Support:
• + Support the marketing team with various projects and assignments as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• + Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Collaboration:
• + Work closely with team members, including graphic designers and digital marketers, to develop cohesive marketing materials and campaigns.
• + Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to collaborative efforts.

• Printing Process Oversight

• + Follow up on the printing process to ensure that all printed materials meet specifications and deadlines.
• + Address any issues that arise during production and coordinate solutions.
• Communication:
• + Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• + Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed to support marketing efforts.
• Administrative Support:
• + Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining marketing records, tracking budgets, and managing schedules.
• + Prepare reports on project progress and supplier performance as required.
