- Develop and execute UK and UAE marketing strategy
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns
- Generate qualified leads and influence pipeline
- Manage social media strategy across both regions
- Oversee content, video, email, website and event marketing
- Track marketing KPIs, dashboards and board reporting
- Align sales and lead handover
- Lead and ensure quality control of the marketing team
- Use AI tools to improve speed, consistency and insight

Overview
- Goaco is looking for a hands on Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen our marketing function across the UK and UAE.
- This is not a social media only role.
- We are looking for someone who can combine strategy with practical delivery, turn marketing into a qualified lead generator and help build a high performing function with a clear pathway towards Head of Marketing and ultimately Growth Director.
You will take ownership of
- UK and UAE marketing strategy
- Campaign planning and delivery
- Qualified lead generation and pipeline influence
- Social media strategy across both regions
- Content, video, email, website and event marketing
- Marketing KPIs, dashboards and board reporting
- Sales alignment and lead handover
- Team leadership and quality control
- Use of AI tools to improve speed, consistency and insight
