Role Overview
Support continued growth in Saudi Arabia as a hands-on Marketing Manager.
Work across paid media, CRM, analytics, content, campaigns, events, and brand throughout the customer journey from awareness to retention.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee paid media across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Track leads, conversion, acquisition costs, return on investment, and key marketing KPIs.
- Manage CRM campaigns and customer journeys, including nurturing, segmentation, and retention.
- Coordinate content production across social media, video, photography, and advertising.
- Manage agencies, creative partners, and external suppliers.
- Support events, partnerships, and brand activations.
- Manage marketing budgets and performance reporting.
- Work with sales and operations to improve the customer journey and drive bookings and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and analytics.
- Experience with CRM and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Good understanding of content, social media, and creative production.
- Experience managing campaigns, events, and external partners.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Commercial mindset focused on acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- English proficiency.
Preferred Background
- Experience in a service-led or consumer-facing business is preferred, particularly healthcare, clinics, hospitality, FMCG, or premium consumer services.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person.
