Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs
- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, E commerce, and Operations teams to maximize business performance
- Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign ROI
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports
- Build relationships with agencies, influencers, and strategic partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, including leadership experience
- Previous experience in retail, healthcare, FMCG, nutrition, supplements, or e commerce highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, Performance Marketing, and Social Media
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM systems
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
