About the Role
SATEL is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead its entire Marketing & Growth Division, reporting directly to the CEO. The role owns brand authority, demand generation, and owner acquisition support, with full accountability for division performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead SATEL's entire Marketing & Growth Division, reporting directly to the CEO
- Own full division performance across Brand & Content and Campaigns units
- Approve all content before publication and all campaign briefs before spend
- Deliver 100 qualified tenant leads per month and scale owner leads from 8 10 to 20 per month
- Produce 10 community advertising videos and 15 platform adapted posts per month
- Conduct weekly division review with one documented decision
- Align capacity with Revenue Division before campaigns run
- Manage budget allocation across platforms and report monthly to CEO
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in marketing with at least 2 years leading a team of specialists
- Full funnel command: demonstrated ownership of both brand building and performance marketing
- Experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
- Experience marketing residential communities, hospitality, or comparable high trust categories preferred
- Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English
- Operating discipline: weekly review rhythm, documented decisions, CRM usage

The Role
- The Marketing Manager leads SATEL’s entire Marketing & Growth Division and reports directly to the CEO.
- This role owns full division performance across two units, Brand & Content and Campaigns.
- It is a full ownership leadership position.
What You Will Own
- Full division performance, both units, all outputs, one accountability line to the CEO.
- Approval of all content before publication and all campaign briefs before any spend.
- A qualified tenant lead pipeline of 100 leads per month, paid and organic combined.
- A qualified owner lead pipeline delivered to Business Development, scaling from 8–10 to 20 per month.
- Monthly production standard: 10 community advertising videos and 15 platform adapted posts.
- Weekly division review with one documented decision — every week, no exceptions.
- Weekly capacity alignment with the Revenue Division before campaigns run.
- Budget allocation across platforms and all budget decisions above defined variance thresholds.
- Monthly performance reporting to the CEO — numbers first, narrative second.
What We Are Looking For
- Full funnel command, non negotiable: demonstrated ownership of both brand building and performance marketing.
- Leadership of specialist teams: minimum 5 years in marketing with at least 2 years leading a team of specialists.
- Residential or high consideration sectors, preferred: experience marketing residential communities, hospitality, or comparable high trust categories.
- Operating discipline: you run a weekly review rhythm, document every decision, and log everything in CRM or structured sheets.
- Bilingual communication: full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Decisive judgment: you present recommendations, not option lists.
