What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue targets
  • Lead digital, social media, advertising, events, and promotional campaigns across multiple brands
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage brand positioning, communications, and marketing calendars
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on data and ROI
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Training, and Business Units to drive business objectives
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners
  • Lead and develop a high performing marketing team

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading marketing initiatives with accountability for brand growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign performance
  • Strong background in digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, content strategy, and brand management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience interpreting data, customer insights, and ROI metrics
  • Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, vendors, and cross functional projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
