Responsibilities
- Scale and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels
- Drive global SEO strategy to increase inbound traffic and qualified pipeline
- Lead social media strategy and improve content performance across key platforms
- Plan and execute webinars, customer events, conferences, and field marketing initiatives
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and remote marketing team members
- Develop reporting frameworks focused on pipeline generation, CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven hands on experience across paid media, SEO, demand generation, social media, and event marketing
- Strong understanding of modern B2B SaaS growth marketing principles
- Experience leading remote or distributed marketing teams while remaining actively involved in execution
- Highly commercial, analytical, and data driven mindset
- Demonstrated success growing qualified pipeline and lead generation

- One of its portfolio companies is looking for a hands on Marketing Manager to lead and scale global marketing function.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Scale and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels.
- Drive global SEO strategy to increase inbound traffic and qualified pipeline.
- Lead social media strategy and improve content performance across key platforms.
- Plan and execute webinars, customer events, conferences, and field marketing initiatives.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and remote marketing team members.
- Develop reporting frameworks focused on pipeline generation, CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven hands on experience across paid media, SEO, demand generation, social media, and event marketing.
- Strong understanding of modern B2B SaaS growth marketing principles.
- Experience leading remote or distributed marketing teams while remaining actively involved in execution.
- Highly commercial, analytical, and data driven mindset.
- Demonstrated success growing qualified pipeline and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
