Our Marketing team are looking for a well-rounded marketer who combines strong brand fundamentals with a sharp commercial mindset .
You’ll understand how to build meaningful, consistent brand campaigns, while ensuring all activity is aligned to clear objectives and delivers measurable impact.
You’ll take the lead on media strategy and delivery through agency partners, bringing a data-led approach to planning, optimisation and decision-making .
While not hands-on in platforms day-to-day, you’ll be confident challenging performance, interpreting results and ensuring multi-million pound budgets are invested effectively across paid social and wider media channels.
Alongside media, this role offers real breadth—leading cross-channel marketing projects and initiatives that stretch across the full marketing mix.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the blend of strategy and execution , and who thrives on bringing ideas to life while continuously testing, learning and improving results.
In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have;
- Extensive and demonstrable marketing experience, with a sustained period focussing on media and advertising
- Ideally CIM / IDM / Mini masters in Marketing
- Experience managing multi million pound media campaigns and activity with a strong knowledge of all online and offline channels, in particular the paid social advertising and the main platforms
