Role Overview
We are hiring a **Marketing Manager** to lead and execute marketing initiatives for the Longevity Division of SSMC Hospital.
The role focuses on driving service visibility, patient engagement, and brand positioning within a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Requirements
- **Minimum 8 to 10 years of marketing experience**
- **Hospital or healthcare industry experience is mandatory**
- Experience marketing **clinical services, healthcare programs, or medical offerings**
- Strong understanding of healthcare branding and patient‑centric communication
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for **longevity, wellness, and preventive healthcare services**
- Manage clinic branding and ensure consistency across all channels
- Oversee digital marketing activities (website, social media, campaigns)
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and patient engagement initiatives
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to align messaging
- Manage external agencies and vendors
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with **healthcare regulations and internal policies**
Preferred Experience
- Experience in **longevity clinics, wellness centres, preventive medicine, or premium healthcare**
- Strong digital marketing and analytics exposure
- ✅ **Important Note**
- This role is **strictly for candidates with prior hospital or healthcare experience**.

- Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
