The Marketing Manager collaborates with on-property Marketing teams and Sales Leadership to drive operational efficiencies, increase tour flow, and improve revenue opportunities for Hilton Grand Vacations.
This role focuses on engaging current Owners and Guests through effective marketing strategies, team leadership, and performance management.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing site initiatives, leading a team of marketing professionals, supervising performance metrics, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
This individual serves as a key business partner to Sales Leadership and acts as a champion for team development, accountability, and results.

- Base pay rate is $75,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses governed by a compensation plan. Marketing Managers have targeted annual earnings of $150,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance
