As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating a lasting impression among consumers, driving product sales, and increasing market share.
You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand positioning of multiple Casual Dining brands across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar region.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution capabilities across both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and identity across all markets and touchpoints.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and equity.
- Oversee the creation and publication of marketing materials across online and offline platforms.
- Lead new product launches in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Analyze and identify strategic partnership opportunities to enhance brand reach.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional and marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure timely and consistent execution.
Digital Marketing
- Own and drive the digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and online delivery performance.
- Manage and execute campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, programmatic, and display advertising.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns, including paid search, social, video, affiliates, and partnerships.
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns against KPIs and ROI targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust social media strategy across all platforms.
- Oversee influencer and brand ambassador programs to enhance reach and engagement.
- Manage and update brand websites with relevant and engaging content.
- Optimize brand presence on delivery platforms to maximize revenue and maintain high ratings.
- Stay updated on digital trends, emerging channels, and new technologies.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering growth and future capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated 360° campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional and international teams to align local initiatives with global strategies.
- Ensure effective internal communication of marketing objectives across departments.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Develop and manage the marketing budget in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Forecast marketing spend and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Deliver regular reports on key performance metrics with actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an F&B Marketing Manager in Casual Dining with a minimum of 4-5 years.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
