- Build the marketing department from scratch, including processes, roles, reporting systems, workflows, and team responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage marketing team members
- Build and manage B2B lead generation funnels for all divisions
- Lead SEO strategy across all company websites and landing pages
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create go to market strategy for the SaaS platform
- Build and manage social media strategies for each division
- Build a full marketing reporting structure across all companies
- Select, set up, or improve CRM workflows for the group
- Manage the marketing budget across the three companies
Requirements
- 5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, real estate, construction, maintenance, facilities management, fire safety, SaaS, or service based companies
- Strong experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, reporting, analytics, and lead generation
- Experience creating B2B lead pipelines and working closely with sales teams
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance
- Experience hiring or managing designers, content creators, media buyers, SEO specialists, agencies, or freelancers
- English required, Arabic is a strong plus

Role Overview
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, leading, and executing the full marketing strategy for the group.
- This role requires strong experience in B2B lead generation, SEO, paid media, social media, content marketing, CRM systems, reporting, analytics, lead funnels, budget management, app installs, SaaS onboarding, and team building.
- The candidate should be comfortable working across real estate, construction, fire safety, facility services, and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the full marketing strategy across all three business divisions.
- Build the marketing department from scratch, including processes, roles, reporting systems, workflows, and team responsibilities.
- Hire, train, and manage designers, content creators, social media executives, performance marketers, SEO specialists, video editors, copywriters, and marketing coordinators.
- Build and manage B2B lead generation funnels for developers, contractors, property owners, facility managers, consultants, construction companies, commercial clients, industrial clients, and government related opportunities.
- Lead SEO strategy across all company websites and landing pages.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Create the go to market strategy for the SaaS platform targeting realtors, contractors, service providers, and relevant B2B users.
- Build and manage social media strategies for each division.
- Build a full marketing reporting structure across all companies.
- Select, set up, or improve CRM workflows for the group.
- Manage the marketing budget across the three companies.
Required Experience
- 5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, real estate, construction, maintenance, facilities management, fire safety, SaaS, or service based companies.
- Strong experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, reporting, analytics, and lead generation.
- Experience creating B2B lead pipelines and working closely with sales teams.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
- Experience hiring or managing designers, content creators, media buyers, SEO specialists, agencies, or freelancers.
- Experience with app install campaigns, SaaS onboarding, or digital product growth is highly preferred.
- UAE or GCC market experience is preferred. Arabic is a plus.
