Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Marketing Manager role based in Dubai.
  • The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive footfall to Roasters locations, and support e commerce or delivery channels.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing the annual marketing calendar.
  • Coordinating product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Overseeing social media and content creation.
  • Managing collaborations and partnerships.
  • Supporting events and in store activations that engage the coffee community.
  • Analyzing performance data, managing budgets, working closely with cross functional teams, and providing regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in F&B, hospitality.
  • Strong skills in brand management, campaign planning, and digital marketing (including social media and basic performance tracking).
  • Experience with content development and overseeing creative assets (copy, visuals, and promotional materials).
  • Ability to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and translate insights into clear actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfort working on site in a fast paced, customer focused environment in Dubai.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Genuine interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn about coffee products, trends, and consumer behaviors.
