Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness
- Drive footfall to Roasters locations and support e commerce or delivery channels
- Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar
- Coordinate product launches and seasonal promotions
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Oversee social media and content creation
- Manage collaborations and partnerships
- Support events and in store activations that engage the coffee community
- Analyze performance data, manage budgets, and provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in F&B, hospitality
- Strong skills in brand management, campaign planning, and digital marketing (including social media and basic performance tracking)
- Experience with content development and overseeing creative assets (copy, visuals, and promotional materials)
- Ability to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and translate insights into clear actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfort working on site in a fast paced, customer focused environment in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Genuine interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn about coffee products, trends, and consumer behaviors

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Marketing Manager role based in Dubai.
- The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive footfall to Roasters locations, and support e commerce or delivery channels.
