- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
- Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with branch teams to increase footfall, registrations, and overall sales performance.
- Monitor branch wise marketing performance and recommend strategies to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets and develop effective lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare management reports, and optimize marketing ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, agency/vendor relationships, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Experience in marketing management
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns
- Ability to work with branch teams to increase footfall and registrations
