Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic **Marketing Manager** to lead all creative output and act as the guardian of Belresheed Group’s brand identity across the GCC.
This role is responsible for translating business objectives into impactful, integrated campaigns while ensuring brand consistency, quality control, and long-term brand equity across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and evolve the overall brand creative strategy across all channels and GCC markets.
· Develop and manage seasonal and topical campaign calendars.
· Plan and execute integrated 360° campaigns from concept development to post-launch analysis.
· Translate business and category objectives into creative concepts, key visuals, messaging frameworks, and channel adaptations.
· Collaborate closely with Category teams to align brand campaigns with product launches and seasonal priorities (Furniture, Décor, Organization, Outdoor).
· Develop content strategies for owned channels: Website, social media, Email Marketing, SMS, and in-store communications.
· Manage end-to-end content production including photoshoots, video production, AI content creation, vendors, timelines, and budgets.
· Brief and lead designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters.
· Ensure consistency in bilingual (English & Arabic) messaging and tone of voice.
· Maintain and enforce brand guidelines including visual identity and photography standards.
· Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
· Monitor retail and lifestyle trends to strengthen long-term brand positioning.
Requirements
· 4–6 years of experience in Brand or Creative Management (Retail / Lifestyle preferred).
· Strong creative direction and campaign leadership skills.
· Proven experience in brand governance and production management.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
· Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
